Items relate primarily to two distinct subjects: the mayoral campaigns and legacy of Harold Washington, and the life and work of Edwin "Bill" Berry, a prominent civil rights activist who headed the Chicago Chapter of the Urban League, 1956-1970, and served on committees to elect Harold Washington as mayor of Chicago.
