In previous months, we’ve caught you reading books all over the city, and we're happy to report you appear to be fans of magazines, too.
This month we caught you reading everything from fun to informational titles—about food, current events, celebrity gossip and more.
And this is a perfect time to remind you that not only is CPL a great resource for your book needs, but your magazine needs as well. We have magazines in print, of course, but you also can read magazines online with Zinio for Libraries.
Let’s take a look at some of the magazines keeping you occupied on your commute, on vacation, at coffee shops and around town. (All these titles (and many more) are available via Zinio for Libraries.)
On the CTA, we noticed you perusing The Atlantic, Cooking Light and Cosmopolitan.
At the coffee shop, we spied Vanity Fair and Chicago, and at the salon we noticed you reading People and Rolling Stone.
At O’Hare, we found you reading Redbook, and on our return flight to Chicago, we saw you with National Geographic.
At the pool, we found you reading US Weekly.
So the next time you find yourself with some time on your hands and without your favorite magazine, check out Zinio for Libraries to see if anything piques your interest.
