Dixie: Dog Drawings by Amy Robillard is on display February 1 to April 15 at Harold Washington Library Center in the Popular Library exhibit cases and Congress Corridor display window, both on the ground floor.
This collection of drawings of the artist's adopted dog, Dixie, reveal her as both a colorful, comical addition to the family and a wonderful, ridiculous muse.
Robillard will give an artist talk at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2 in the Chicago Authors Room on the 7th floor of Harold Washington Library Center.
