Edgewater Branch hosts a 2018 Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month art exhibit during the month of May featuring artist Adolfo Santos.
From the artist:
Living in Chicago, I am inspired by the City itself. I enjoy making interpretations of architecture, infrastructure, the built environment. I hope to encourage the viewer to think about what a City is and what they would want it to be. And what it could be.
I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990 with a degree in Architecture. From kitchens to international hotels, I have worked on a variety of projects. Through it all art has always been there. It was art that led me to architecture. Visit me online at Behance, Instagram and Facebook.
