Sulzer Regional Library hosts an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month art exhibit during May 2018 featuring artist Elisa Boughner.
In the artist's words:
Where we come from is not nearly as important as who we come from. Without the necessary tools to understand our own cultural heritages, we cannot begin to truly know ourselves. Discovering who we are and who brought us to this point is the joy and the purpose of creative expression. Without that creative voice, many of us cannot reach out and touch others with our message.
