In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, West Belmont Branch hosts an exhibit by impressionistic 3-D artist Leon Mechelle in November.
These works explore the relationship between multiculturalism and nature. Influenced by their grandfather, who was Native and African American, the artist intertwines both complex narratives and forms an intriguing visual dialogue.
