Edgebrook Branch hosts an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month art exhibit through the month of May, featuring artist Narae Kim.
Narae Kim’s work makes use of book art, or using books and book-related materials as media for creating new objects. Kim says of her work: “When I work with book art, I frequently use technical skills, such as printmaking, graphic programs, drawings and photos… Book art heals me like art therapy, and it allows me to communicate with people all over the world.”
