This collection, made possible by the Chicago Public Library Foundation's Community Connections Fund, are for individuals living with dementia or other cognitive impairments and their care partners. The kit contains multiple items that encourage people to laugh, talk, sing, read, draw, and enjoy life experiencing things they remember and love. Hall Branch is pleased to offer kits centered around Music and Nature.
