The Chicago Public Schools Office of Diverse Learner Supports & Services offers free developmental screenings for children from birth to 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the Douglass Branch.
No appointment is necessary. Developmental screenings can tell you if your child is having difficulties with:
- Hearing/Vision
- Fine/Gross Motor
- Social Skills
- Problem Solving
- Speech Language
- Listening/Attending
