The title of our new artwork says it all—"Find Everyday Adventures Every Day."
This piece was designed for the Edgewater Branch by artist Matthew Hoffman. The lettering, hand-cut from birch and walnut plywood, is lacquered and spray-painted. The piece measures 7 1/2' x 35' x 1/2"; it is installed behind the circulation desk and wraps around the wall's edges.
This playful, positive message reflects Hoffman's artist statement of the "library as a place of possibility."
