STEAM-Powered Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 9 at Harold Washington Library Center! Kids 3 to 11 and your families, explore science, technology, engineering, art and math with hands-on activities, including:
Come out and explore the power of science at- a dinosaur dig
- real scientists doing activities related to microbiology and geology
- robots you can actually program
- simple circuits with Play-Doh
- a mini hot air balloon launch
- and much more!
Plus, kids receive free books to take home courtesy of Bernie’s Book Bank.
