Learn the basics in Crochet 101 now through July at Jeffery Manor Branch. On Saturday, April 4 we launched the four-month program. We'll meet every other Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

All you need is one to two skeins of yarn (any color that you like, but try to go with a light color to start), a size I or H crochet hook and your imagination! Once you learn the basic stitch you can create scarves, headbands and even blankets.
