Indie authors, get your voices heard!
On Saturday, October 8, CPL joins with libraries across the U.S. and Canada to celebrate the inaugural Indie Author Day—a one-day, all-out occasion for local authors, libraries and publishing industry experts to celebrate, educate and collaborate.
At 1 p.m., we're screening a digital panel discussion featuring a Q&A with writers, agents and other industry leaders. See the screening at Edgebrook, South Chicago, Sulzer Regional Library or Woodson Regional Library.
At 2:30 p.m., we're hosting events featuring indie authors talking about their work and the experience of being an indie or self-published author in today’s market:
-
Authors Victoria Noe and Nancy Nau Sullivan on tragedy and wonder
Edgebrook -

South Chicago -
