Saturday, March 14 is Pi Day. The first 31.4 visitors to the Maker Lab on Saturday can get their digits on a pi keychain. Continue the celebration with a refresher on pi, local events or a good read. (If you're wondering, we've used pi in the Maker Lab to figure out the diameter for 3D Printed Cuffs!)
If you're not one of the first 31.4 visitors, Open Shop runs until 1 p.m. Check out what your neighbors are making, learn about some of the machines available for use, or sign up for an upcoming workshop like Sew Your Own Superhero Costume with costume designer Anna Glowacki or DIY Wedding Flowers Workshop with floral designer Emily Whitten.
