Have you ever written a book of adult fiction? Have you self-published this novel? Do you live in Illinois?
If so, consider submitting your novel to the Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Project.
The Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Project was created in 2013 to help local self-published authors reach a greater audience through the power of libraries. Any Illinois-based author with a self-published adult novel is encouraged to apply for the 2017 prize. The winning author will receive $1,000, national review attention, publicity in libraries across the state and a book tour.
Applications are accepted through January 7 at CPL and other libraries throughout the state. Get full details on how to apply.
